Why we built it
For most people with something worth making, the same thing gets in the way: money. Founders wait for budget that might never come. Skilled people pour their time into things they help build and never own a piece of. The people with money hire. Everyone else waits.
We didn't think that was good enough. Nobody builds anything good alone, and the right deal was never only about cash. So we built the place where people can find each other and agree something fair. Equity, revenue share, skills exchange, products, cash, or whatever mix works for both sides.
Building is changing
AI means one person can now do what used to take a whole team. Building has never been faster. But the hard part was never the building. It's the judgement, the taste, the trust, and the people who actually care whether you win. And building alone all day is productive, and quietly miserable.
The old job gave people more than a salary. It gave them a team. As that fades, the flexibility is real, but so is the loneliness. BuzzVue is built for the part worth keeping: people who choose each other, build something together, and share in what it becomes.

Alex, Co-Founder and Head of Marketing, took equity instead of a salary before we had a single user. The first BuzzVue deal was BuzzVue itself.
